co ownership of vehicle
I co own a vehicle with my son, whose licence is about to be suspended because of too many tickets.
What risks do I run. What can I do to protect myself.

If he continues to drive the car after his license is suspended, the car will be impounded for 30 days when he is caught driving it. Your insurance may cease to cover the him while driving the vehicle. You would then be liable for the damages, as co-owner of the vehicle.
You should take the car keys from him.
