Parking Lights and Evidence Requests
1st Question: If a cop is sitting at the side of a road in a very dark area does he have to keep his parking lights on?
2nd Question: If I am going to fight the ticket how would I go about requesting whatever records or evidence (statements, etc..) the cop has against me.

2. go to the court clerk and ask that they issue a subpeona.
