Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Parking violations
I recently have taken my car in for body work, while at the body shop they have somehow gotten parking tickets on it. I would like to know what my rights are as far as getting them to pay the fines. They failed to tell me about the tickets. I just received the copy from the city of San Diego. What if anything can I do in this situation??
