Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
ok be patient....i had gotten into a crash in 2003, had no insurance, and never took care of the ticket and i turned into a warrant. its labeled a 40508a warrant. its now 2011 and i want to clear my life and get my license back in order. who do i contact in chatsworth, CA courthouse to resolve this issue?....anything with traffic refers me to another courthouse where im dealing with another FTA 3 years ago.
is this warrant too old ? to set a new courtdate? or would i need a PD or attorney to handle that?..
please any and all thoughts and advice

You should contact a traffic law attorney immediately. The warrant nevet gets old. An officer could arrest you and impound your car if you get another traffic ticket. The court can notify the DMV to place a hold on your driver's license. A FTA is a misdemeanor which could result in jail time. With the company of a traffic attorney, you can turn yourself in and get the warrant recalled but you will have to deal with the original traffic ticket. Contact Mr. Roberts at [email protected].
