Can a police officer search your car for drugs if you were driving erratically, although no alcohol could be smelled?

possesses marijuana or other drugs?

1. A police officer can always search your car if you give him permission, so say nothing to the officer and never consent to a search.
2. It depends.
3. You might be charged with a crime, but you might be able to beat the charges.
