no police report
i was hit by driver. i didnt file a police report. all his information is false.

Go to the police report it as a hit and run. The driver was required to provide you with his drivers license number and insurance information. Providing false information does not comply with this requirement. The police may be able to find the driver of the other vehicle. Good luck.
