Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I am having problems getting my property returned from the police department I joshua tree california what can I do ? When I was I. Court my public defender got the permission to release it from the judge and the DA.Now I have been to pick it up 4 or 5 times and every time they either tell me I can't pick it up that day or I have to make anappointment with evidence.a lady called me from evidence and said she would call me back but didn't.it's only a mountain bike but it's worth about $600 and I need it to ride to work
