I got a proof of service code 40505 which says violation 1 s/b marked misd and violations 2and 3 marked infractions what should I do

You're being charged with at least one misdemeanor. Misdemeanors can carry up to six months or a year in county jail. Time for a lawyer. You should always have an attorney. If you truly cannot afford one (and you'll never know if you can or not unless you meet to discuss your case, fees and payment options), you can request that a public defender be appointed.
