Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I was pulled over for making a right turn on a red arrow. The officer wrote the incorrect gender and age on the ticket. Can I fight for this reason?
This assumes I cannot prove that I did not make the violation in question, though I know the light turned green before I made the turn - it's his statement vs. mine.
Thank You.

Read Fight Your Ticket. For most defendants, an officer's recording the incorrect gender of a motorist would raise a reasonable doubt as to the veracity of the officer's observations. (You need not prove yourself innocent, you need only raise a reasonable doubt, which is another way of saying the evidence must prove your guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.)
