Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I got pulled over for not stopping at a stop sign and got a ticket for that and not having any insurance. When I searched under my drivers license number online, I found no record of my ticket. So I searched for it by citation number and it pulled up with my last name mispelled. Since receiving the citation, I had my license plates numbers changed for commercial driving purposes. Will I still be liable for this citation or can I contest it based on the fact that my name was mispelled and its not linked to my drivers licence?

Forget it. You are not going to get off on a misspelled name or a changed license plate number.
