Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Questions regarding appearance before a Judge for a speeding ticket
I got a speeding ticket for going 19 mph above the speed limit. I was wondering what would happen during the trial, and what the risks are. I believe I'll have to pay a fine and go to traffic school, but hopefully no prison since it's the first time ever.
I am just a little concerned about the risks. If anyone could tell me what's going to happen, that would be appreciated.
Thank you.
