Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
quick question i got a ticket for driving with no license the officer marked it as infraction on july 31st 2012 its is now aug 1st 2013 an it is still not showing up in the system after a year . Ive went in to the court they couldn't find it in record so they gave me a paper stating that i went to my court date .is it true after a year of the date of violation if it hasn't showed up its dropped?

Yes- statute of limitations for an infraction is one year.
