Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
if i receive a ticket from a camera in australia, but i don't know who was the driver, do i have to paid for it?
I already send it the form stating that I don't know who the driver is without looking at the picture. Do I still have to paid?

Seems to me that there is probably no traffic-citation treaty between the US and Australia and, unless you plan on visiting Australia again anytime soon, you may safely use your ticket as a bird cage liner. I'm surprised they bothered to affix the extra postage. Or maybe your car rental agency has already charged your credit card the amount of the ticket and then some. I'm not licensed to practice law in Australia and I don't know what the law is there. Maybe there is an Aussie ask-a-lawyer website.
