Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I received a camera ticket in Beverly Hills. Even thought the photo was clear I was wearing a hat and sunglasses. Someone told me that it does not matter whether I was driving the car because the citation goes to the owner of the car. Is there some type of defense I can use or am I doomed.

While they might send the ticket to the owner of the car, only the driver of the car is guilty, When you go to court do not wear your sun glasses or your hat and ask the judge if he can tell the picture is you,
For further suggestion get the Nolo Press book on fighting tickets. Its available at bookstores or on line.
