Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I received a red light ticket in the city of Canoga Park(Los Angeles County) however the driver was not me. Also, I am a female and the driver was male. How do I contest the ticket without identifying the driver? Is it possible to have the ticket dismissed without giving the driver's identification?

You do not have to testify at all. The ticket is not yours. If you have questions please feel free to call. 818 345-0123 We handle these all the time.
You can show up to court with your copy ifnthebquantity and photo that was sent to you. Most judges will dismiss the ticket on the spot if they can clearly tell it's not you in the photo.
Worst case scenario, plead not guilty and set it for trial. They just prove the driver was you. You do not have to identify the driver. Just plead not guilty.
