Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I received a ticket in the mail for a photo enforced intersection in southern California. From the picture you can tell that it is not me. How do I proceed if I do not want to identify the driver? Thank You.

Plead not guilty and set it for trial. They have to prove it is you, not then other way around.

All you want to establish that you were not driving. You need to fight ticket. An attorney can deal with this. You will not have to appear in court with an attorney. Call me with any questions.
