I received a ticket and the officer wrote my drivers license number down wrong can I get out of the ticket

Sorry - it won't likely lead to a dismissal of the citation. It will probably be corrected before your court date or otherwise dealt with in court, should you choose to fight it. These type of errors happen often, but don't otherwise invalidate your ticket.
If other information is insufficient to identify you, then you may have a defense, but otherwise, this one error won't lead to a dismissal.
