Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I received a ticket in the state of california. I have a tennessee license and a tennessee tag. The officer wrote my ticket but wrote i had a california tag instead of my tennessee tag. Can i get the ticket dropped due to this technicality?

In all likelihood, no. Does that mistake have anything to do with why you got the ticket. A minor mistake like that will be ignored. By the way, if you are living in California but still using an out of state license plate, that is the basis for another ticket.
