Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
i received a ticket 30 years ago in cal.for not having the proper fuel permits for my truck.tickets were not paid,if i got stopped in cal. would it be a problem. i have a fls. license

A warrant for your arrest may have been issued and if it was it is still outstanding. The best thing to do is to check with the Superior Court in the county that you got the ticket and find out if there is a warrant for your arrest.
