Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I received a traffic light photo ticket in CA, if I ask for an extension am I waiving my right to ask for community service later? I am currently not working and have no way to pay for the ticket.

Don't contact the court until you've visited highwayrobbery.net (by contacting the court you might be admitting you're the person in the photo).
