Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I received a traffice violation 21655.5 for being in the carpool lane solely in my vehicle. However, the vehicle behind me had 1 passenger as was the vehicle that intially got pulled over. As the car and officer were passing me the office signaled and called out for me to follow. I was given the same ticket. Can I fight the fact that I was given a ticket at the same time as someone else who was intially first pulled over?
