Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I recently got my first felony offence. Never had anything under my record. The offence is stolen license plates. I due to court next week. I wondering if could be dropped to a misdemeanor with the right documents taken. I have fixed everything now. I'm planning to take all that to court.

You'd be foolhardy to try and defend a felony case by yourself without an attorney, if that's what you mean. Using the public defender would be very slightly less foolhardy. Hire an attorney and bring him or her with you to court on your first court date.
