Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I recently got a ticket for speeding with one of my co workers at 1 am coming from a long night of work. We were both pulled over by one car with two officers at the same time. I got the ticket and paid for since I felt there is no arguing. My co worker decided to go to court and ends up wining and paying nothing beacuse the officer had no notes. While I paid over $400. Can I go to court and get this back. This ticket was same time same speed.

No- case is over for you when you paid and admitted guilt.
