Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I recieved a notice of toll evasion in the mail today. At the time of citation, I was (and my car as well) at work 30 miles away from the location of the ciataion. What do I need to fight the citation. On my citation it states that I can request an administrative review and that I must submit "documentary evidence" in support of my claim that this was not my vehicle.

Write to them as to what the circumstances were. If you can get a declaration from your supervisor [or there is a time card for the hours you work] what your hours were and if anyone can remember you being at work get a declaration from them. Ask for an administrative hearing. You probably will never her back from them> To cover yourself, try about every 2 months for 2-3 times to get them to respond.
