Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I recieved a ticket for 23111 VC, throwing a lit cigarrete out the window. However I do not smoke and did not throw anything out the window. My window was open and my arm was on the window sill so maybe he saw something and thought i threw it. Do i have a shot at fighting this? Please help

Again, it will be your word against the officer's word. Go to trial and advise the court that you do nto smoke cigarettes and do not throw your marijuana roaches out of the window either. Bring a friend to verify your stories. Bring in your ash tray to show it is clean.
