Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
red light camera ticket
I received a ticket for running a red light with the camera on it. There was heavy construction at that intersection that day. I recall it being a blinking red light. I've pleaded not guilty. Now I need to know how to find out if the light was actually blinking on that specific day so that I can use that info in court. Any ideas on how to research this?
