Red light violation

I was driving thru an intersection and the light was yellow and it turned red, a chp was at the intersection to the right of me and immediately pulled me over and said I ran a red light. I received a ticket. There was no camera at this location. I had my daughter (age 27) with me. Can I fight this ticket
