Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Red Light Violation ( VC 21553(d))
Receive a traffic ticket for running a red light. I do not believe that is the case but the officer definitely wrote the ticket. The ticket itself has incorrect information in regards to the Model of the car (year, make, body style and color is correct) and my race (he put W - which means White I assume?) and I am Asian. Also, the ticket has the wrong date but the correct day?
Is this ''enough'' incorrect information to get an acquital?

Thanks for your posting. What you've described probably isn't enough to get an acquittal, but is enough to have a good cross examination of the officer, and put his observations into question.
