Is it possible to be relieved from court probation prior to the end of the probation period?

Yes. If you are on probation, you can petition to terminate probation early. You need to have all obligations taken care of (fines, etc) before the court would seriously consider your request.
You also have to show "good cause" why they should let you out of your end of the deal.
