Re-open

how hard is it to re-open a traffic case due to an error?? I acciently push the wrong button on the computer, which cause me to plead guilty and which closed the case.

You can re-open a case within 6 months of the traffic ticket. You have to do a motion to re-open the case. If you would like to discuss your case further, please do not hesitate to contact me at 310/277-1707.
