Am I responsible for red light ticket when someone else was driving the car?

Hi,

My friend's daughter borrowed my car and ran a red light. An automatic camera took her picture. My friend was visiting from a different country and has gone back. Who is responsible??? I never drove the car! Pls help.

Only the driver that ran the light can be guilty of that violation. The ticket should have a place for you to indicate that you were not driving and to identify who was driving (if you know).

Based on the facts you gave, you should have nothing to worry about.
