Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
San Diego, What is the law then it comes to parents placing signs in the middle of the street and allowing their kids to play ie dead end streets and cul de sacs. Is there a code? Is it legal?

There is no law authorizing such behavior and the parents may be guilty of child endangerment.
