Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
School bus blinking red lights violation
I was pulled over by an officer on June 3rd morning for passing a school bus with flashing red lights. Me and my passenger did not see the flashing red lights of the school bus.
Later, I found that the school bus generally stops at that place and students board the bus there.
Is there any way to win if i contest? Is there anything called reducing the fine by some method? I do not have any other citation and am eligible for traffic school.
Any advice on this issue will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
