Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
No SHOW AT COURT
My boyfriend recieved a ticket for driving on a suspended license. He recieved community service and failed to complete 1 day. The judge had already given him approximately 5 months to do 10 days and on top of that another 3 weeks to complete the one. He failed to complete the day due to his own fault but I think he needs to go to court and get this off of his back. How much time would he normally serve? Is there anyone that has reasonable fees to represent him in court to take care of this issue plus he already has old fines that he needs to take care of to get his license back, these fines are about 3500.00. Please help! Trying to help keep her guy on the right road. By the way, he has not driven since.
