I'm in the left hand turn lane, the light is red, in opposing traffic there is a car in the right hand turn lane that does not turn on red, the light changes to green I turn into the left lane the car in the opposing lane turn after me, comes into my lane hits me from the rear panel into my back door thru the front door. I talk with her she seem like she is drunk.Who s is at falt

Liability is not clear. You should have an attorney help you. On a case like this, you don't pay anything unless the attorney actually recovers something on your behalf.
