small auto accident
a lady hit my truck and broke the break light- the insurance company agreed to pay for it-however they refuse to pay me for the time necessary for me to fix(replace bulp and tape tail lamp) nothing for stress and minor pain- can i sue the person that hit me in small claims? and does $100 or $ 200.00 sound reasonable?(no lasting injury-just neck pain and bad headache from the stress of the accident(its a work truck-and i had to fix it immediately to keep driving legally
