Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Small Claims Court
I was hit from behind and suffered property damage and personal injury. Can I sue for property damage in small claims court? Once a judgement relating to the property damage issue is reached can I then sue for presonal injury in the same small claims court (for the same accident)? Can I have two seperate small claims court suites resulting from the same accident to collect damages for the PI and PD.
Thank You
Ed

In theory you could, but I am not sure why you would. What do you hope to accomplish?
