Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
My son was charge for VC2800.2(a) and VC23103(a) (b) he was riding his endure Moto he did not hear or see the SO when he realized they were chasing him he pulled over and complied with orders. My son went 1/4 of a mile coming home when they arrested him impounded his moto and charged him with felony evading!!! He's 18 and attending college for law enforcement he has a clean record until now..today they reduced his charges to misc. can I still get his charges reduced to a lesser offense ? And get the arrest taken off his record? Thank you
