Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
My son is going to court tomorrow (he just now told me) for driving with a suspended license. He's an adult, 22 yrs. old, college student. What should he expect? Is this a monetary fine, jail time?

Not seeking legal advice until the day before court is certain to result in a less than favorable outcome that could affect his future employment prospects. Best of luck.
