Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Speeding- stited for 76 (radar) in 55, threathened by CHP

Gaurds red Porsche in 55 zone sited for 76 by radar. 44 year old driver with 2) 16 year old passengers. Utah plates not yet transfered to CA or my name. Over 20 days since purchase and use in CA. Only Utah pink slip and registration for proof of ownership. Only AAA member card for proof of insurance. CHP officer sites me for speeding at 76 mph using radar stating that if I contest the ticket he will state in court that he saw 110 mph but locked radar at 76 mph. Can he threathen me like that and what happens in court? Can the judge add the other infractions and increase speeding to the officers ''court statements'' In fact, I was probibly going 64 mph as I stated to the officer when he first walked up to the car. The officer had interest in my car stating that ''This is a TURBO isn't it?'' and ''I haven clocked anything that fast since I mistakenly clocked a cropduster'' Is this something I should look at fighting? And if so on what grounds? Should I request discovery ASAP or wait for court date?

I have ordered the two lastest books from David Brown and Richard Wallace, and checked out NOLO.com. Since the car will bring more things like this I'm sure. Thanks for any help and good luck and safe driving to others.
