Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I had speeding ticket on 07/15/2009..after two extension asked for Trial by Declaration..February 15 court sent me a letter stating that the fine I posted has been suspended..$55.00 for court fees deducted and the rest will be sent to me.
I went on line next to my traffic ticket ..it said case closed.
Now my question is...does that mean I am found not guilty and the ticket will not appear on my DMV record???

There are so many things that go wrong with the courts and DMV that the best way to find out the answer to your question would be to obtain a copy of your driving record from your local DMV office.
