Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I got a speeding ticket and the officer didn't circle the am/pm next to the court date. I got a correction letter in the mail but they mistakenly used the year 2013 instead of 2014 in the new court notice. I've heard misinformation on a ticket is grounds to get it dismissed. Is that true and would this apply?
