Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I got a speeding ticket and for some reason I could not find my insuranceapers and I got another thicket for that, I was insured and I dont feel is right for me to pay for no insurance. thank you

A driver is required to have insurance and proof of insurance when operating a motor vehicle. In most cases, however, the lack of proof of insurance will dismissed if you can provide documentation that you were insured at the time.
