Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
In the state of California, will the court honor my proof of community service if I mail it in?

Yes, if you have been told by the judge that you do not have to appear at the next court appearance if the community service is completed. It should arrive at the court a week before the court date.
You are better off, however, if you take the proof into the court with a duplicate copy and get the copy stamped and given back to you. Documents do get lost.
