Out of state regitration

I need to know how do i go by getting a fix it ticket wrote off i got a fix it ticket for out of state registration but i have not been in this state for the 20 days infact i have been traveling between here and another state for the past two month i have only spent 2 weeks here and im moving back to the state my car is registerd in at the end of this week do i have to register my car here or is there another way

Re: Out of state regitration

Take the vehicle to the police agency that issued the ticket and have an officer inspect the vehicle and sign the ticket showing that the defect has been repaired. Then take the ticket to traffic court and show the ticket to the clerk. Then either pay the fee to have the ticket dismissed or set it for a court date.
