Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I got a ticket for driving with out a license but my license is expired. I understand that driving with out a license is not the same as driving with an expired license. Can I fight the ticket?

All tickets should be fought. Driving without a license is a misdemeanor, with the possibility of a criminal record and jail time, and you are advised to enlist the aid of a lawyer to help you fight it.
