Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Ticket for throwing a lit cigarette out the window
i was cited under CVC 23111 for throwing a lit cigarette out the window. I am afraid that given the recent rash of fires, that the judge is going to throw the book at me. What is the maximum penalty I could face.

If you have a second charge, you should get representation as a lawyer will not only appear on your behalf so that you need not attend, but get one of the charges dropped. If there is only the one charge, then you may challenge it and perhaps beat it. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
