Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

I went through a Toll both that was unattended. The dolar feeder did not work. I tried many times to insert a dollar. I was very angyr as there was a line of cars that were held up behind me. I eventually continued and called the number on my cell that was displayed to call. i got an answering machine. I explained that I was frustrated and how i tried to pay so i left. The question I have is at the conclusion of my message i said "You guys better fix your shit." I was told it is illegal to curs on the phone is this true and should i be concerned? I do not know the area of the law so I put traffic.

Cussing is still a protected First Amendment Right in the USA. Can you imagine what massive number of criminals we would have just for people cussing at credit collectors alone? Long live the red, white, and blue, cuss on!
