Towing Company Fees
My boat trailer was impounded for parking too long, and they want some 500 or 600 dollars, which is way more than the trailer is worth. I think I will abandon the trailer and not pay them a dime. Can they do much about it ?

Tow companies are now allowed to sue the owner of the impounded vehicle for the difference between the amount for which the vehicle is sold and the storage fee.
