Traffic Accident

What happend when someone else hit my car, and I did not have insure at that time, and his liability coverange can not cover all the repair of my car?

You can either sue the other person in small claims court without taking the insurance company's money and hope to collect the difference OR you can take the insurance company money and just be out the difference. This is one of the reasons it is so important to have insurance.
